Mission and Goals

We believe sexual education should be accessible, stress-free, and inclusive. Our core mission is to equip participants with comprehensive, practical, and easy-to-understand knowledge about condoms. By teaching proper condom use before their first experience, we aim to reduce the risks of unintended pregnancies and STIs. Sagami Workshop also strengthens all participants' safety awareness, building a safer and healthier society together.

Target Audience

Target Audience

We highly recommend Sagami Workshop for teenagers, which provides them with sexual education beyond school classrooms. Educators, healthcare professionals, social workers, staff of NGOs and outreach organisations are also encouraged to join as practical training for promoting safer sex practices.

Workshop Structure

Workshop Structure

Sagami is committed to promoting safe sex practices. Therefore, Sagami Workshop is structured into three sections: "Specifications, Design & Packaging", "Manufacturing", and "Quality Assurance (QA)". Through this step-by-step approach, participants can easily accomplish the Workshop's objectives.

In the "Specifications, Design & Packaging" section, we explain condom sizes, materials, and packaging, giving participants a clearer understanding of their options. Next, attendees get hands-on experience crafting a latex condom using traditional techniques dating back over a century. Finally, we walk through Sagami's rigorous QA testing process, showing how every condom is checked for reliability before leaving the factory. We also cover the role of lubricants — why they matter and how to choose the right one for maximum safety.

Sagami Workshop Certificate

Upon completing the Workshop, Sagami awards certificates to encourage participants to share their big takeaways about proper condom use with friends and peers, fostering a broader awareness of this vital knowledge. Over 2,500 participants across Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Australia have taken part in Sagami Workshop.

Certified Instructors

Our instructors boast strong educational backgrounds, multilingual skills, and years of industry experience to address all condom-related questions. Each instructor undergoes Sagami's rigorous training and certification process before leading the Workshop.
